Description

I acknowledge the warranty period on my home is six years, from date of practical completion, for structural defects and one year (if completed after 30 June 2015) or 6 months (if completed before 30th June 2015) from date of practical completion, for all other defects.
A call out fee of $110.00 plus $88.00 per hour thereafter will be charged for any maintenance request deemed to be outside of the Statutory Warranty Period listed above.
A quote for works will be provided and if the home owner proceeds the callout fee will be deducted from the invoice upon completion.
